"Ever since I started playing folk music, it was clear to me how deep one can go on a mental journey through these melodies. However it was my first time explicitly playing meditative music with folk instruments. I tried to embody the ancient truths of folk through authentic flute techniques, which affect the conscious and the subconscious simultaneously."

being in weird body states is nice but enough to just be awake
ceremonial attractions are great but better just watch
state of being will create the ceremony
yoga is more like a whole life purpose than a morning pactice
spirituality is a secret, based on experiences
almost all shamans are fake
noone should turn to a clown as leaking it
the best ones already did, only a few trusted them
so dont believe noone, even us
just breath, watch, listen
clean your mind
you are consciousness"
